Terri has been a PT for over 14 years, having the privilege of coaching people from 16-95 years of age. Working closely alongside health professionals I have facilitated clients with wide ranging goals, from rehabilitation, strength-based training, HIIT and weight loss programs.

Terri has been a PT for over 14 years, having the privilege of coaching people from 16-95 years of age. Working closely alongside health professionals I have facilitated clients with wide ranging goals, from rehabilitation, strength-based training, HIIT and weight loss programs.
Her passion for health and fitness was kindled from an early age. From competing and/or coaching numerous sports; ranging from softball, volleyball, tennis, hockey, swimming and sideline netball mum!
As a mother of two daughters, Terri knows how busy life can get and achieving work/life balance is key, and as such undertaking exercise and good nutrition are fundamental to ensuring continued health and well-being.

Martene is a Cert IV qualified Personal Trainer and group fitness instructor. Coming from Edinburgh to Brisbane in 2021 Martene was lucky enough to discover the joys of living on the Bayside.

Josie and Ethan are Manly locals with a passion for health and fitness. Growing up by the bay meant early morning bike rides, Manly Pool swims and evening walks beneath the sunset, which sparked a passion for movement and a love for the local area.

Josie’s fitness career began with a qualification in Personal Training, which developed into community-focused training and small group PT sessions in Manly’s waterfront parks. Ethan has been an avid gym goer since his teen years and knows the ins and outs of targeted training and muscle gain.
After establishing their first business in Mount Isa, a nutrition café, Josie and Ethan returned to Manly to raise their young family and develop their fitness careers.
With a combined passion for exercise, an aptitude for business and roots in Manly, Josie and Ethan come to 4Shore Fitness with a fresh new energy set to lead the Brisbane Bayside area into the forefront of health and fitness.
