I have been a member of 4shore Fitness since their opening, December 2012.
There are franchise gyms in the immediate area, however they do not have the smile, remember the clients names or the personalised help and service at no extra fee like 4shore Fitness!
The facilities are “second to none” with the friendliness, cleanliness, equipment, cost, friendly staff and of course the great atmosphere in the gym.
Wonderful place to meet likeminded people and make new friends! This is definitely the gym to join and be part of!

I started off doing personal training sessions with Rob and then became a member. I thoroughly enjoy being a member of 4shore Fitness.
The other members are friendly and are of various ages, the staff are approachable and helpful, the equipment is state of the art. It’s open 24hours which gives you the flexibility to go when it suits you.
They have a variety of classes and it’s very affordable. I only wish I had of discovered how enjoyable being fit is earlier on in my life. You know the old saying don’t put off until tomorrow what you can do today!
