Since a young age, she has been involved in sports, which has brought familiarity and passion for working with athletes of all ages, from young teenagers to high-performance athletes. I firmly believe in the power of movement to promote not only physical health but also emotional and mental well-being.
Maria's mission is to transform lives through movement, empowering you to reach your fullest potential and enjoy a healthier, happier life.
Terri has been a PT for over 14 years, having the privilege of coaching people from 16-95 years of age. Working closely alongside health professionals I have facilitated clients with wide ranging goals, from rehabilitation, strength-based training, HIIT and weight loss programs.

Terri has been a PT for over 14 years, having the privilege of coaching people from 16-95 years of age. Working closely alongside health professionals I have facilitated clients with wide ranging goals, from rehabilitation, strength-based training, HIIT and weight loss programs.
Her passion for health and fitness was kindled from an early age. From competing and/or coaching numerous sports; ranging from softball, volleyball, tennis, hockey, swimming and sideline netball mum!
As a mother of two daughters, Terri knows how busy life can get and achieving work/life balance is key, and as such undertaking exercise and good nutrition are fundamental to ensuring continued health and well-being.

Martene is a Cert IV qualified Personal Trainer and group fitness instructor. Coming from Edinburgh to Brisbane in 2021 Martene was lucky enough to discover the joys of living on the Bayside.
